These terms cover your use of outside-campers.com and any order you place with Outside Campers. By using the site or reserving a cap, you agree to them.
What we sell
We build pop-up wedge tent caps to order, fitted to your truck bed. Some sizes are in stock; most are built to order. Product details, specs, and lead times on the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change.
Reservations and deposits
Reserving a cap requires a deposit, as shown at checkout. Your deposit holds your place in the build queue. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Build and transit time is typically around 90 days but can vary.
Custom builds
For custom sizes, you provide your bed measurements (width, length, height). You're responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. We build to the measurements you give us.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on the product page. We may update pricing at any time, but changes won't affect an order you've already reserved. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
Pickup
We are local pickup only, from Swansea, Massachusetts. We do not ship. You're responsible for arranging pickup and for safe transport of the cap once it leaves us. We'll walk you through setup at pickup.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a reservation, contact us as soon as possible. Because these are built to order, deposit refund terms depend on how far along your build is — reach out and we'll talk it through. [Replace this with your actual refund policy once Tyler decides it.]
Warranty

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Outside Campers isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for your order.

We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.
